How do we work with startups?

Top 50

  • Every month our Team is looking for up to 50 interesting investment proposals.

02

Top 10

  • After initial screening, we start analyzing Top 10 proposals.

Top 6

  • We only move forward with Top 6 companies, which we present to our Investment Board. At this stage, we need to sign a contract with every of them.

Top 3

  • Together with our Board, we select Top 3 proposals. We invite Top 3 companies to pitch during our Investment Session.

Negotiations

  • After seeing each pitch, our Members decide if they want to negotiate with Top 3 candidates and schedule one-on-one meetings.

What are our requirements:

Agree to our terms
We sign a standard contract with each and every Top 6 company. Click DOWNLOAD to find standard CA agreement
Accept our fee
We charge a standard fee of 6% of the capital you raise from investors that we introduce you to.

The fee is due only if you raise the capital and only after the capital is paid.

This fee is similar to what VC funds charge their investors. The difference is that we charge it only upon completing a transaction. We use this money to support further growth of our Club.
