What is 4NGELS?4NGELS is an EU-funded project that brings together four business angel networks Estonian Business Angels Network (EstBAN), Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN), Business Angels of Slovenia, and COBIN Angels, coordinated by CIVITTA.
